How do I place an order?


It's easy to place your order at Brazilian Market. If this is your first time purchasing our products, you will have to follow 4 simple steps:

1- Browse our website and choose the products you would like to purchase and click add to cart.
2- When you finish your shopping, click on the cart icon;
3- Fill in all the blanks for new customers
*If you are an existing customer, simply log in with your email and password
4- Fill in all the blanks in our payment information form and click finish.


Shipping and Delivery

How much is the delivery fee?


There is a charge for delivering your order to your home. The charge depends on your area. Please go to the checkout page to see what your area charge is.

What is the delivery area?

We currently deliver to the following cities in Ontario: Barrie, Angus, Innisfil, Bradford, Newmarket, Aurora, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, North York, Toronto, Downsview, Etobicoke, East York, Scarborough, Mississauga, and Brampton.

What day are deliveries made in my area?

After placing your order, we will contact you to schedule a date and time. However, you can view our shipping schedule by clicking on the SHIPPING icon on the product page.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

All products must be received by an adult at least 18 years of age. If no one is home at the time the products will be returned to us. Please contact us to reschedule a new delivery attempt. Additional fees may apply.

How do I order a product that I couldn't find on the website?

Please email info@brazilianmarket.ca and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship to other provinces?

Yes. However, all shipments are made through Canada Post. Therefore, frozen or fresh products cannot be shipped.


Do you ship to other countries?

We regret to inform you that we do not currently ship to other countries.

When will I receive my order?

To know when you will receive your order, simply take into account the availability of the item, plus the delivery time shown on the shipping selection page.

(Availability) + (Delivery Time) = Total Delivery Time

How much is shipping?

Our shipping prices are the same as those charged by shipping companies. The shipping price varies depending on the quantity ordered, destination of the package and will be sent by Canada Post.

* Frozen or refrigerated products cannot be shipped via Canada Post.

Can I go and pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a withdrawal option.

What happens in cases of severe weather?

The safety and well-being of our drivers and customers is our primary concern, and we would never do anything to put either of them in danger. Our drivers are trained to handle a variety of road conditions, but sometimes it can be just too dangerous. If we are forced to cancel your pickup or delivery due to weather conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to cancel your order or reschedule for a later date. Hazardous driving conditions may include, but are not limited to, heavy snow/blizzard conditions, freezing rain, flooding, or traffic problems (serious accidents, road closures).

What are the payment methods? Is it safe to use my credit card?

All prices in our store are listed in CA Dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Shopping at BrazilianMarket.com is safe. All credit card purchases made at BrazilianMarket.ca are encrypted using BrazilianMarket.ca's SSL technology. We guarantee that every transaction you make at BrazilianMarket.ca will be 100% secure. This means that you will not incur any unauthorized charges due to using your card at BrazilianMarket.ca.

What is the return policy?

We expect everything to be 100% satisfactory. If something is not right, please use this form for exchanges or returns. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Merchandise Return Instructions

If you feel it necessary to return any of the goods from this order, please follow the instructions;


All returned items are inspected upon arrival at BrazilianMarket.ca to verify that they are in new and unused condition. Items must be with their original tags attached. Refunds or exchanges will only be made after the merchandise has passed inspection.

In the event that the product is not correct due to an error on the customer's behalf, the shipping costs to return the order to BrazilianMarket.ca will be covered by the customer, and if an exchange is necessary, the costs for the replacement to be sent will also need to be covered by the customer.

If the replacement items are of a higher value than the items being returned, the difference will be charged to your credit card.

Please fill in your credit card details in the form below. This is necessary because BrazilianMarket.ca does not keep a record of your credit card information after your order has been submitted.

If a product is not correct due to an error on BrazilianMarket.ca's behalf, we will cover the cost of the package being shipped back to us (credit will occur when the package is received by us) and if an exchange is necessary, BrazilianMarket.ca will cover the cost to ship the new products to you, based on the original shipping service used for the order.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 24 hours of shipment of merchandise.

Seasonal products and wholesale items are non-refundable.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of any order. Simply send an email to info@brazilianmarket.ca with your order number and our customer support team will be happy to respond to you shortly.

Service Interruption or Delay

Brazilian Market shall not be liable for any interruption of service or delay due to situations beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs, similar authorities or shipping companies; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the place of delivery; riots, strikes

Brand names may change depending on availability. If you require a specific brand, please specify it during your order in the comments space provided.


Cancelled Orders

A 5% processing fee will be charged for all canceled orders unless Brazilian Markert delays dispatch for more than 7 business days.
