Try the deep-frozen pre-baked French bread. Frozen products allow you to maintain the same quality as bread made by a baker, but with the advantage of not having the fluctuations resulting from the human process. In other words, standardization of high-quality breads, standardization and practicality, which is very important nowadays.
Ingredients: wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, salt, antioxidant ascorbic acid
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 250°C for approximately 5 minutes.
If using an electric oven, preheat to 200°C;
Arrange the breads, still frozen, on baking sheets, keeping approximately 3.0 cm of space between them;
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Remove the bread from the oven and serve immediately.
