How do I order?


It's fun and easy to order at Brazilian Market. If this is your first time buying our products, you will have to follow 4 easy steps:


1-   Surf through our web site and choose the products you would like to order
2-   When you’re finished shopping, click on checkout icon;
3-   Fill in all the blank spaces for new customers
*If you are a returning customer, just sign in with your email and password
4-   Fill in all the blank spaces in our billing information form and click finish.

 

Delivery and Shipping

 

What is the cost for Delivery fee?

There is a fee or picking, packing, and delivering your order in your house. The fee depends on your area. Please go to the checkout page to see what your area fee is. 

What is the delivery area?

We currently deliver in the following cities within Ontario: Barrie, Angus, Innisfil, Bradford, Newmarket, Aurora, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, North York, Toronto, Downsview, Etobicoke, East York, Scarborough, Mississauga, and Brampton.  Contact us for delivery in other areas within Ontario.

 

What day do you deliver in my area?

Once you placed your order, we will contact you to schedule the day and time with you.

 

Do I have to be at home to receive the order?

All products must be received by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one is at the specified address when the delivery is attempted the products may be retained by us, if happens please contact us to reschedule your delivery. Additional charges may apply.

 

How do I request a product?

Do you ship another provinces in Canada?

We provide shipping for all Canada by Canada Post. Keep in mind, frozen or chilled products can not be shipped by Canada Post.

 

Do you ship internationally or another provinces in Canada?

We regret to inform that we don’t ship internationally. 

 

How long will it take to get what I order?

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected: 

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping prices are the same charged by the transportation companies. The shipping price varies with the quantity ordered, destination of the package and will be send by Canada Post.

* frozen or chilled products can not be shipped by Canada Post 

 

Can I use Brazilian Market PickUp?

We regret to inform but we don't have pick up services.

 

What happens during hazardous weather?

Our drivers’ and customers’ safety and well-being are our primary concern, and we would never do anything to put either in danger. Our drivers are trained to handle various road conditions, but sometimes it can be just too dangerous.  If we are forced to cancel PickUp or delivery times due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you will have the option of either cancelling your order or rescheduling for a later date.  Hazardous driving conditions could include, but are not limited to, heavy snow/blizzard conditions, freezing rain, flooding, or traffic issues (major accidents, road closures).

 

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?

All prices in our store are listed in CA dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Shopping at BrazilianMarket.ca is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at BrazilianMarket.ca is backed by the BrazilianMarket.ca Safe Shopping Guarantee. We guarantee that every transaction you make at BrazilianMarket.ca will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at BrazilianMarket.ca

What about your returns policy?

We hope everything is 100% satisfactory. If something is not right please use this form for exchanges or returns. Our Goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Merchandise Return Instructions

Should you find it necessary to return any of the merchandise on this order, please follow the instructions;

 

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at BrazilianMarket.ca to verify that they are in new and un-used condition. The items must be with their respective original tags. Refunds or exchanges will only be made after the merchandise has passed inspection.

In the event that the product is not correct due to an error on behalf of the customer, the costs for the freight to return the parcel to BrazilianMarket.ca will be covered by the customer, and if an exchange is required, the costs for the replacement to be sent out would also need to be covered by the customer.

If replacement items are of greater value than the items being returned, the difference will be charged to the credit card.

Please fill out the credit card information in the form below. This procedure is necessary because BrazilianMarket.ca does not keep a record of the credit card information after the order has been shipped.

In the event that a product is not correct due to an error on behalf of BrazilianMarket.ca, we will cover the costs for the parcel to be sent back to us (the credit will take place when the parcel is received by us) and should an exchange be required BrazilianMarket.ca will cover the costs to send the new products out to you, based on the original freight service used for the order.

Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 24 hours of goods being shipped.

Seasonal products and wholesale items are not refundable.

Why can not I finish my order?

Interruption of Service or Delay

Brazilian Market shall not be liable for any interruption of service or delay due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs , similar authorities or shipping companies; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes

 

Terms & Conditions

Brand names may be changed depending on availability. If you wish a specific brand, please specify it during your order at the note space available.

 

Cancelled Orders

A 5% processing fee will be charge to all cancelled orders, unless Brazilian Market delays shipments for more them 7 business days.
