INGREDIENTS: black-eyed peas, white onion, salt, black pepper, red palm oil, dried shrimp, okra, cilantro, bread, nuts, cashew nut, tomato, coconut milk
Instructions for use Acarajé:
Defrosting:
• Remove from the freezer and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Or
• Use the microwave’s “defrost” mode for 2 to 4 minutes (adjust according to power).
Heating:
• After defrosting, heat in a pan for 2 to 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Or
• In the microwave: heat for 3 to 5 minutes (stir halfway through).
Consume fully heated.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
