When I started introducing solid foods to my oldest daughter, 3 years ago, I had almost no information about the BLW method. I learned through practice, through trial and error. And it was a success! Today we reap the rewards of a respectful introduction to solid foods, where a wide variety of foods were introduced in their original form. Without mashing or blending. Olivia, now 3 years and 3 months old, eats everything: fruits, vegetables, greens, pasta, bread, common dishes and even exotic ones. She loves trying new foods! And she loves cooking too!
