    Maroon glace is a sweet made from sweet potatoes that is widely consumed in Brazil due to Italian influences. Unlike the Brazilian version we know, the marron glacé consumed in Europe is a very large Portuguese chestnut cooked in sugar syrup.

    Ingredients
     Sweet potato pulp, sugar, thickeners (agar-agar and carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural vanilla flavor.
